  1. Concept Development

     Starting with an idea and turning it into a plan. We find you a draftsperson or architect and work through all the finer details for you. We help to find cost-effective yet practical solutions. We help you develop a clear plan to navigate your way through building your new home.

  2. Design Finalisation

     Develop a team of Sub Contractors suited best for you. Once all quotes are acquired and materials are chosen we can give a more accurate quote. We generally work on a pay-as-you-go system with a 30% deposit so you can track your spending.

     We develop a construction time, set up all health and safety requirements and get ready to begin.

  3. Construction Period

     Now it’s time to get the team on site to get to your project underway. We work closely with Sub Contractors for the project to run smoothly. It’s up to you how involved you would like to be during this process but the important thing is that we communicate at every stage especially if there are any changes.
